OMIA information or QTLdb
Are you planning on adding OMIA information or annotation from the QTLdb?
Hi Marlies,
Unfortunately the data available for the QTLdb go beyond chromosomal boundaries for both cattle and chicken genomes. Therefore we are unable to curate the data for use in either GenomeBrowse or SVS until the positions have been corrected and an updated release of the data is available.

We will be looking into incorporating OMIA information and annotations from the QTLdb for availability in both SVS and GenomeBrowse. Since releasing GenomeBrowse we have received quite a few requests for new annotations and are setting priorities for when they will be handled.
