hi, I'm trying to visualise my bam files using golden helix and although it recognises the folder and shows me that it is opening it then says that "the data for this zoom is unavailable, try to zoom in". I do but still doesn't work. I've tried to use sorted bam files and I get the same result. Any ideas of the problem might be?
