In Italian laboratory we usually perform bacteria WGS, so i search a valid tool to display BAM file. In the past i used GenomeBrowse for human genome analysis and I have find this tool very useful, but at the moment the brawser collect few bacterial genome. Do you think that is possible add new refseq for bacteria genome analysis?
