Hi
I am a brand new user - and my main interest right now is in human mitochondrial genomes sequenced on the MiSeq. Chr M doesn't seem to be a choice for downloading reference sequences. Is there a way to load a reference sequence that is not on the dropdown menu, as a text file from a foler, for example?
