I am excited by GenomeBrowse by was told that it won't continue to be freely available. Could you clarify?

GenomeBrowse will always be free. In the future, we may develop some paid-for add-on features such as third-party annotation tracks or cloud storage, but these additional features would not impact GenomeBrowse continuing to be freely available.
