Public annotations not loading

The public annotations does not load when I open "add data sources". It have worked fine in the past but now where I wanted to check if the is any updates I am unable to connect.

Under information in the "add data sources" window are the following info:

Type: RFS Url: rfs://data.goldenhelix.com/rfs/

Hey Magnus,

I would try refreshing / restarting GenomeBrowse.

When we push updates to the repo, it may be down for a couple seconds and you can try to load at those unfortunate times.

At the moment I don't see any connectivity issues in our logs or from our environment.

Also, make sure you have updated proxy settings if necessary in your environment!

Dear Gabe, Thanks for your reply. I have a couple of colleagues with the same problem and contacted our IT department who asked what proxy settings were required. From the installation the proxy settings was set to no proxy and I have tried to tick of auto detect but it doesn't change anything
