connection refused

I have used Golden Helix genome Browse for 2 years. I logged out for the first time 2 hours ago and when I try to log In with my email and password, it appears the message "connection refused". How can I resolve this big problem for me. I have to analyze patient results as soon as possible. Thank you in advance Best regards Romain

Dear Dr. Boidot,

I am sorry you are having issues logging in to GenomeBrowse.

"Connection Refused" error messages are generally caused by something blocking GenomeBrowse from connecting to our servers. If your network requires a proxy to access outside sources then you will want to verify that the settings for your proxy have not changed. If they have changed then you will want to go to Tools > Proxy Settings to update GenomeBrowse with the most recent information.
