I was watching your genome browse webcats. You uploaded bed file to detect the inversion using genome browse. Is this bed file from whole exome seqs or whole genotyping data? Do you have any option to convert bam file to bed file? Thanks

Dear Gulhan,

During Bryce's webcast on GenomeBrowse he manually created a BED file to highlight regions of interest in a Whole Genome sample. The inversion was detected and reported by Complete Genomics and Bryce used that information in the BED file to find the same inversion in his data during the webcast.

GenomeBrowse does not have the ability to convert files from one type to another but can only load existing file types for visualization.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks, Jami...
