There is a way to manually set the y-axis scale for multiple plots at the same time. From the Plot Tree you will want to hold the CTRL button down and select all the plots you wish to have the same scaling. Then in the Controls area below the Plot Tree you can set the Y-Range for all of your selected graphs to the same value. However, once you perform any kind of zoom on any of the graphs these values will change independently of each other.
